Custom items

Because every item is custom-made to your design and sizes, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. This is why we perfect the design with a free mockup and unlimited revisions before production.

Defects

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or does not match the approved mockup, contact us within 14 days and we will remake or refund the affected items.
